Refund Policy - the basics

All payments made to Aranza’s Dance Studio are non-refundable.
Tuition, registration fees, and any other payments are used to reserve your spot in class and cover studio expenses. Once payment is made, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, or schedule changes.
If a class is canceled by Aranza’s Dance Studio, a credit or makeup class may be offered at our discretion.
By enrolling in classes or making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
