1. Eligibility
Students of all ages are welcome. Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

2. Registration & Enrollment

• Registration is required prior to participating in any class or program.

• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

• Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Aranza's Dance Studio.
   

3. Tuition, Fees & Payments

• Tuition and fees are due as outlined at the time of registration.

• Payments must be made on time to maintain enrollment.

• All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Late payments may result in late fees or suspension from classes.
   

4. Cancellations & Missed Classes

• Missed classes are not refundable and may not be made up unless approved by the studio.

• Aranza's Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
   

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

• Students must arrive on time and be dressed in proper dance attire.

• Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other students is required.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

• Parents and guests must follow studio policies while on the premises.
   

6. Health & Safety

• Students participate at their own risk.

• It is the responsibility of the student or guardian to disclose any medical conditions or injuries.

• Aranza's Dance Studio is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events.
   

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Aranza's Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Photography & Media Release

• Aranza's Dance Studio may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and events.

• By enrolling, you grant permission for the use of photos or videos for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, unless a written opt-out is submitted.
   

9. Website Use

• Content on aadancestudio.com is for informational purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

• Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.
   

10. Intellectual Property
All logos, Photos, Videos, branding, content, choreography, and materials are the property of Aranza's Dance Studio and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

12. Termination of Services
Aranza's Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone for violation of these Terms, studio policies, or unsafe behavior.
